The Xbox One is getting another price cut in North America.

The deal, which starts on November 2, sees the price fall to $349 over the holiday period. The $50 saving also extends across a range of bundles, including upcoming special editions for Assassin's Creed Unity, Sunset Overdrive and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

This price drop is good news for people planning to get an Xbox One for themselves, or someone else as a Christmas, Birthday, or other present. The free game like Assassin's Creed Unity, Sunset Overdrive and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with bundles is  a good bundle since people have something to play after they bought their Xbox One.
 
I think the Xbox One uses a slightly slower video chip compared to the PS4, and older DDR3 RAM instead of DDR5, so I think the price drop may become permanent because the price of a slightly slower video chip, older DDR3 RAM, and other parts are cheaper to make now compared to newer more expensive tech found in the PS4.

The case and cooling fans for the Xbox One also seem more cheaper to make because it looks like MS used a regular rectangle case, and cooling fans instead of making their own custom case, and cooling fan like the  PS4.
 
The Xbox One got release in China recently, and if there are a lot of Chinese games, and games which the Chinese are interested in a lot of Chinese will buy the Xbox One making it the number one Console.
 
I read on different tech blogs that the Xbox One will soon have a new CPU which is smaller, runs cooler, use less power, and will be cheaper to make, so the price drop could be permanent, or cheaper. The Xbox One Slim might be release sooner than before because of this new smaller, and cheaper CPU.
