Just posting to say that I'm very impressed with their refund system. Tried out a game for a little under 15 mins, didn't like it and tried to request a refund. Instantly approved.

Sony needs to improve on their refund system.

Sony and Nintendo both, but then again MS does have money to burn and then some.

True although I can't imagine Sony losing much money if they have like a 15 min restriction for people to try the game really quickly.
 
If I refund a game and buy it again later, will I get my preorder bonus back?
