PlayStation Yakuza 3, 4, 5 remasters coming

The Yakuza 3 remaster is going to launch in Japan on August 9th while the Yakuza 4 remaster is expected to launch in Fall 2018. The remaster of the fifth game is currently scheduled for Spring 2019. All three remasters will run at 60 FPS at 1080p HD. The work on the remaster of the third game is reportedly at 90% completion.

Saw some pics of the Yakuza 3 remaster's new Hostess Club ladies, from dualshockers. The two new ladies will make an appearance in the remaster, JAV actresses Kana Momonogi and Yui Hatano.

The whole Hostess Club element was censored in the original western release for PS3 due to time constraints and because it did not resonate with western culture (according to Sega at that time). That decision went down the drain with the following chapters of the saga, in which Sega redeemed itself by leaving the feature intact.

Exactly, probably it had something to do with sega's old boss' rather "odd" way of thinking. I think it's because of the new sega japan's boss that we are seeing a lot of localized or translated previously Japan only sega games now.
