Never heard of it. Should I play it?

It isn't dub, just sub and thats all I know about it. I think its Asian GTA.
This is a FANTASTIC series for anyone into japanese culture, cities, yakuza, and mmorpg elements.
I actually had given up hope that they would localize this, Sega has been real asshates as of late about localizing things such as Phantasy star online 2 for example and this game has been out for a couple of years and is only just now getting a North American release.
Dont' get me wrong I'm excited for this, but from what I hear it was Sony who made this mostly happen since they agreed to help "foot the bill" for the localization, something Sega had been reluctant to do for a while now.

Well the Yakuza series is in order, so you should start with 1 if your serious about really getting into the series, it has a pretty good storyline.Demon_Skeith said:

A Yakuza HD collection featuring Yakuza 1 and 2 was released only in japan for the PS3.
