Honestly, too bad more people weren't straight-forward in their honesty lol I think the world would be better off than trying to cater to "the customer is always right".

Retail for a customer is the most convenient thing in the world. They expect everything they are looking for and do not even worry about supply chain issues until they ask someone that says it's that. This is actually the least provoked and contentious thing I've seen and for that, it's not accurate.
