You Can Drive This 1 Horsepower Car On The Road Without A License | The List

On this episode of The List, Patrick and Jessi find themselves back in Paris searching for an interesting car to drive. After all, they've driven Lamborghinis, race cars, fire trucks, what else could be left? Well as it turns out, Paris is home to one of the most interesting (if not a little sketchy) cars in the world! It's called the Voiture Sans Permis which means Driving Without Permit, and the name doesn't lie. Underaged? Suspended license? DUI? No problem, just grab yourself a VSP and you can legally drive around the city of love to your heart's content. During their Paris excursion, our hosts put this little guy through a vigorous array of tests to see what the car that anyone is allowed to drive can really do.

For a lightweight car, this car seems okay for driving in slower roads.

I still feel people should have some driving training before being able to drive this car since this car seems to go fast enough where it may injure the people inside the car, and people outside the car if there is a crash.

I think this car also won't be legal without a license in Canada. This car may not be legal in some countries since it does not look very safe for sharing the road with faster, and heavier cars and motorcycles, and this car is too big to be driven in bicycle roads, and sidewalks, or be used as a wheelchair.
