I know some recent ones I watched being Hellsing and Akame ga Kill! really pass the time.

Most of the people don't really like that anime but they can't stop watching it.

Oh yes, I loved hellsing ultimate greatly, easily one of my top liked animes.

I watched hellsing but half of the time...I wanted to drop that anime. The blood and gore.... is a bit too much for me (_ _)

But I couldn't stop watching it, I wanted see the ending of that series..more like I wanted to see how alucard survives at the end....so...
