Your BEST upload and download speeds.

Please read. There's a specific way to do this.

If you haven't taken any tests on speedtest.net, do so now.

If you have, go here.
Then, you should see "Your Best Result". Under this, it should show your best download and upload speeds, along with your ISP, rank, and server, and your global and local ranks as a percentage.

Note that I have set mine to kilobytes per second. Since pretty much everyone uses kilobytes as opposed to megabits, could you change yours to kilobytes? Just to go "Settings" (it's at the top-left corner), then from the Speed Measurement list, select "kilobytes".

That clearly says 9.88Mb/s and 1.00Mb/s.

I have it set to kB, and so I see 1235.1 kB/s and 124.6 kB/s for my download/upload speeds.

Set yours to "kilobytes".
