Mhm, I've seen one! I've actually encountered a luxury box, too! As far as I know, P-Wings teleport Mario or Luigi to the end of a stage, near the flag pole! ;O

I saw one. Missed the P-Wing. There were at least two or three other designs like that I saw as well, shiny gold with various gifts inside.

I think there's a set amount of different "Mystery Boxes". The max is 336 AFAIK.
