Your views on e-mail vertification?

I don't have a problem with e-mail vertification since it only takes less then a minute to vertify my e-mail with forums, and other accounts.

It also seem to reduce spam on forums because spammers can't use fake e-mails.

It really helps to insure that it is you (the intended user) who sign up for a web account, and not done by a third party.
