This is nice that YouTube is available on the Switch. The YouTube app would be good for streaming Switch games to YouTube without the need for a game capture device if the YouTube app supports screencasting.

Nope, for some reason the Switch doesn't have a browser yet. Judging by the Youtube app, it might not get one any time soon.
