lol the problem with Adol his games are stand alone games, got no "real" enough story progression not like with Rean or Llyod.so when do you get bored of Rean then?

not enough to be called standalone though. Lots of references went over my head in 8.
True enough but other than that or Dogi, the rest of the characters are pretty much one game only stuff. and thus what kondo said.
Tbh you’d be disappointed if you played the other games just to get the references. Most of it isn’t much deeper than “ha, I get it”.
That and Adol is about as lifeless as Link, maybe worse. There’s not much to say besides “he’s got red hair and goes on adventures. Oh, and his best friend is Dogi”.
