I played on the N64, back when MM was the under appreciated oddball. It took me playing a second time to enjoy the game outside the shadow of his ancestor OoT and my expectations.
Once I tried to enjoy the game by itself it was a very moving adventure from which I took some morals and tales to share. It made me reflect, but in a good way.
Since OOT release for the 3DS I was hoping I would get the chance to have MM on the go as well. When I saw all the loving details Grezzo fleshed out to make each corner come alive in OOT, I defitely dreamt of MM possibilities. So I am quite excited for this release.
I won't hide the fact I out right rejected this game just for the simple reason of the three day timer which seem like a bad idea to me based on all the magazine articles I saw on it. When I finally got a gamecube years later and the Zelda collection which had MM on it, I figured what the hell and give it a try.
I loved it two hours into playing it and is one the best zelda games I've played.
