Hey, Skymin, can I offer a suggestion of controlling anger? (Man this is gonna sound stupid, but) when others start stirrin' you up, it's best not to reply in a way that's gonna get more hate. Something like maybe "Ooops, sorry" or something may help. If worse comes to worse, do what I sometimes threaten to do: Sign out, and don't sign in for a few days until you've calmed down a little. Play some Brawl, that's good for anger.

With regards to recent activity, please do tone down on the swearing. One or two, we can handle. But once in every post just seems over the top. We want to maintain our appearance as a fairly friendly site level, and topics filled with swearing aren't helping this goal out.
