I prefer games that don't require the CD/DVD to be played, it's more convenient. I don't have to muck around with finding the disk, risk damage to the disk and I can get into the game faster. Also load times are faster loading from the hard drive than a CD/DVD disk.

I was really looking forward to news about Half-Life 3, it's been too long already between the last games. This is a shame. I hope there is news about a new Valve ip soon, besides another Portal, Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress or Half-Life game.
