Not necessarily, as every day, we'll get more members, and then the average may increase, or possibly decrease (but hopefully not), which can change the projected date for 1000 members, or the number of members by the end of the month or year. I'll update my sig after midnight UK time every day (if I can).

For the others, such as the estimated amount at the end of month or year, basically, the average per day is multiplied by the number of days from now until the end of the month or year, and then added to the current total. E.g., say there's 4.25 per day, and currently 34 members, and 14 days until December. 14 x 4.25 = 45.5 members (rounded to 46). Add 34, and that means 80 members altogether.

Complicated formulas in Excel.
Although I can't provide the exact formula, I can generalize it.
For the average daily registrations it's basically the total number of registrations divided by the number of days that the forums have existed, e.g. if we're on our 8th day, and we had 34 members, that'd be 34/8 or 4.25 members per day.
