A Japanese company called Cyber Gadget will release a Save Editor PC software on March 6th 2017 that will allow users to edit save files for PlayStation 4 games. A one-user license for the software costs 7,800 yen (about US$69), and a three-user license costs 14,800 yen (about US$131).

This software will use patch codes to edit save files so that users will be able to immediately get the highest stats on characters in games or obtain certain items. It will include codes for 80 PS4 titles with more to come.

To make it work, a person would install the software on their PCs and then transfer PS4 save files onto USB storage devices. Then they will be able to edit the files on their computers and transfer them back to the PS4.

Anyone happy to hear about this? Or maybe angry?

I was actually looking for one for PS4 because I don't want to replay the Grand Theft Auto V singleplayer. But I like to occasionally roam freely in singleplayer before I go online so it would be nice to have unlimited money to buy anything and everything. Shame you have to pay for it, not going to be doing that :/

I paid for a game genie on PS3 which at the time I think was between 30-60 dollars, whatever I paid I got like 3-4 years out of it and more than got my moneys worth out of it. It be the same for this product, sure you're paying a bit much but think how much time you're saving in the long run.

Looked on their product page and apparently they do not guarantee that it will work on any other operating system other than the Japanese version of Windows. I also can't seem to find a list of the games it works on

like it's completely different version? I thought one OS is made with hundreds of language options?
Yes it is one OS with different language options but there also KN and N versions as well:

Due to a ruling for anti-competitive practices by the European Commission in 2004, Microsoft has been forced to maintain special editions for its Windows operating systems. Labeled "N" for Europe and "KN" for Korea, these editions include all the base features of the operating system but without Windows Media Player and related technologies pre-installed. For the Windows 10 editions, this includes Windows Media Player, Music, Video, Voice Recorder and Skype.

If you reside in and purchase a PC in a country required to use the N and KN editions, you receive a computer without media technologies. This can cause some headaches, particularly when using apps and visiting web sites that have been coded to utilize the built-in Windows media capabilities. For a full list of excluded features, check out Media feature pack for Windows 10 N and Windows 10 KN editions on the Microsoft support site.

The ruling was about consumer choice. However, if you choose to, you can still install Windows Media Player and related apps anytime for free by downloading and installing a special Media Feature Pack.
