The only way I would ever even consider buying this is if it had the second circlepad, xr and xl buttons, and built in communication with wii u.

Yeah, it'd be pretty cool if a future 3DS model had the same control layout as the Wii U, dual circlepads and buttons ... and could be used as a second controller.

If Nintendo ever does that, they can take my money.
