3DS Scratches

Yesterday, I was running at a friend's house in a hall holding my 3DS, and I bumped into the wall and got two scratches on the top lid thingy. An hour later, I looked at it and the scratches were GONE! Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Maybe I'm just crazy.

It might have been that the paint from the wall had rubbed off on the 3DS lid, rather than the 3DS being scratched.
 
Heh, I don't think paint randomly comes back. Just be happy that you didn't scratch the top screen, it can ruin the 3D effect.
 
I swear, it was the weirdest thing. I though I was high or something..

Disable all 3DS owners by ripping their precious consoles to shreds...

... maybe you don't go running with it in hallways then. Point is there's ways to protect it from getting scratched in the first place.
