A NEW Mewtwo evolution/forme????????

Check the attached image of the new Pokemon Movie featuring Mewtwo and Gensect. Mew two seems changed. Will this be his new evolution for Pokemon X & Y or a new forme??? Anyways will this get you excited to see the new movie?

That looks......like they combined Sonic and Lucario and then gave them a haircut.

Because we totally know the plot of a movie 100% correctly before it's even out yet.

Because discussing what is clearly visible on a movie's poster is obviously a spoiler.

It makes a lot of sense, really. Mewtwo was an incomplete being who set out on a journey a long time ago to find some deeper meaning to his existence. With items like DNA splicers now in the game, you have a technical reason for revisiting this clone character. Furthermore, as seen in the Pokedex and upcoming film, Genesect is another artificial Pokemon who appears to be like the anti-Mewtwo (just look at his typing). If Mewtwo is to fight Genesect, he may well have to change.

I just hope Newtwo doesn't become even more broken than the old one was.

i mean, i don't really care myself, but there are others that are touchy about that sort of thing.

also, spoony, you wouldn't have seen the poster unless you live in japan, or want spoilers for gen 6.

Irregardless, anything on a movie poster or on the cover of a game or in the commercial advertising it is a spoiler. It is something intended for the public to know in order to draw in an audience.
 
What if it's a MEW THREE?! It could (more likely) be a forme, but in no way an evolution. All legendaries are unable to evolve. Nintendo and Gamefreak wouldn't just break the chain.

Odd, though I think Genesct looks a bit different too. Might as well just end up with being a form only in the movies.


The main Genesct of the movie (there's others, I believe) is a shiny one.
 
Looks pretty cool. I'd like a third MewTwo in my PC.

But I have a question, what's with the previous starters being there? Charizard, Oshowatt, Tepig (2nd evolution) Snivy thing? You said it was an X and Y movie, so why isn't there X and Y starters?

1. No one said it was an X and Y movie. It is a BW2 movie.

2. Those are Ash's Pokemon, so he could have them in any movie regardless of region.
