A new National Labor Relations Board complaint was filed against gaming firm Activision Blizzard, which alleges that employees were threatened for discussing wages and working conditions at the company.

The suit was filed by the Communications Workers of America (CWA) organization.

"Within the last six months, the above-named employer through a manager has threatened employees that they should not discuss issues concerning wages hours and working conditions on Slack," the complaint said.

I think its a standard you can't but you can if you want, I think? No law saying you can't talk about your wages, even if the higher ups hate it.

Hopefully, Activision Blizzard could improve their working conditions in the future.

I believe New York is going after them because of the CEO (or some other higher up) potentially not being punished if the Microsoft deal goes through.
