Addicted to Facebook? You are not alone

I was not aware of this. Hmm... I wonder if the founder regrets having sold it...

I bet, he did, but he sold Myspace for a lot of money to Fox/News Corp. for $580 Million dollars, so he probably does not regret it too much.

I think the founder would of made more than $580 million if he kept improving Myspace instead of selling it off to Fox which sold it to Justin Timberlake a few years a go.

Facebook makes Billions of dollars a year, so I bet, Myspace could of made billions a year if Fox had not been so greedy by filling the site full of advertisements, and not spending enough money to improve Myspace website by hiring better workers.

I remember there was another social network called Bebo back in the day, that recently tried to make a comeback. Its founder had initially sold it, and then he bought it back, but failed to revive it, and now it was turned into a mobile app.

I remember Bebo, I think it was popular in Europe, and other places. I think it never became popular because it was kind of complicated to use compared to Myspace, and Facebook.

never heard of bebo, not a catchy name.

I was not much of a fan of its name either, but the site was pretty big, it had millions of members. I had a bebo account for a year or so until it got turned into something else. It underwent so many changes, perhaps even more than MySpace. It was similar to the old version of facebook (with a red theme instead of blue), but instead of likes it had "love" (hearts). You could give hearts as rep points or you could "heart" the posts you liked.
