Go to your personal details (which is clicked on in the menu under your display name in the upper right hand corner), in the left column under Settings, check out the preferences and alert preferences page links.
Clicking on your username menu also displays both page links in the drop down bar as well for quicker access:
Once on the page just click on the needed boxes and you're done!
