All time favorite racing games?

What are some of your all time racing games? Are there any particular driving games that you prefer to play over others?

Mostly a Mario kart person.

Mario Kart Double Dash is still my favorite racing game of all time and I still regret trading it in as a kid. I got the Platinum GameCube bundle for Christmas of 04 and I still have my GameCube at least. I know I can emulate it but meh.

My favorite racing game is Ridge Racer 4 for the PS1 because of the single player plot, and graphics.

Lego Racers or 2K Drive if I had it. I like Mario Kart, but I'm not as good at it as I was after not playing it. And I still haven't tried the Crash racing games or the Jax racing game.
