Today, I was at Game, one of our local video game retailers, to trade in de Blob, Wii Play, Prince of Persia: the Fallen King, and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorer's of Time (Yep, I decided to trade it in. Good thing I did actually - it was worth $30! In total, I scored Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Sky for nothing, [but have to wait till next week... It's at another retailer... Oh poop] and got a brand new copy of Scribblenauts [the original] for $18. Good deal.)

Anyway, the person who served us apparently has a friend. This friend signed up on eBay. You'll never guess what they sold...

Click on the spoiler if you want to know, but feel free to guess.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, or whatever the one with the gold-colored cartidge was.

But here's the real shocker... You'll never guess how much it was sold for...

10,000 big ones!!!

Imagine what classics will be worth in a few more years... Heck, imagine what my Pokemon controller's worth now!

Ten thousand dollars? I knew people liked the Ocarina of Time gold cartridges, but surely they weren't that valuable, right?

Ahhhhhhh! I think my mom threw out my gold cartridge a few years ago! AAAH!

I'd never have that kind of luck on eBay anyways.

I'm rejecting the reality that this is probably what happened to mine.

Whoever bought it for $10,000 dollars could have easily bought one for $30 searching on google. >_>

Edit: Okay, I plead the 5th. Didn't mean to double post...
