DeoxysPrime has now been suspended in the same way as SilvaGunner. In other words, the two best music uploaders are now both likely banned for life and finding Nintendo music now rests entirely on TimmyTurnersDad.

What would be the likelihood the TimmyTurner'sDad will also go? Because if he's gone, I don't know any other good uploader...

Only one thing to do. "KILL NINTENDO".

Also:
YouTube account DeoxysPrime has been terminated because we have received multiple third-party notifications of copyright infringement from claimants, including:

* Record Industry Association of Japan

YouTube account SilvaGunner has been terminated because we have received multiple third-party notifications of copyright infringement from claimants, including:

* Media Interactive Inc.

http://www.youtube.com/SilvaGunner2 -- unfortunately, he doesn't want to upload anymore.

The only copyright claims I've had where I've had to remove videos are from Sega of Europe.

Some of it is understandable but some groups just make me sick. WMG is trying, and has, taken down COVERS of songs. Taking a song and using your own musical talents to make a version of it is no crime. These people just like to share what they create and don't even profit from it. They don't see it. But WMG has to take it down anyways. It's ridiculously unfair and shouldn't be stood up for. I'd love to see a class-action lawsuit of people who were forced to take their videos down unfairly.

Removing covers of songs? What the hell? These aren't even published versions, or sold, or anything, they're just people singing along to their favourite music for free... how does that hurt anything?

And God, please don't say TimmyTurnersDad is next, that's all we really don't need.

TimmyTurnersDad has, what, 700 videos now? If they were to ban him, they probably would've done it a while ago. [/hopeful wishing]

Didn't SilvaGunner have like over a thousand? And trust me, I've heard of people doing things for say 5 years on YouTube, and then only recently, they'll get in trouble. Yes, "that copyright claim you got yesterday for a video you uploaded in 2005" could be possible?
