Her gardian? You mean Impa? Yeah Impa was good in all 4 games she was in (maybe 5?) even though she was changed every time in looks and personality, she was never really annoying to me.

Edit: Okay, yeah, 5, I did not know about the stained glass window depicting her image in Wind Waker but I don't count that as she has no personality, being that she is just a background image.
