well it was never released outside of Japan.
If this mouse was never released outside of Japan, that explains why I never heard of it. I'm not sure how I'd like the mouse for the N64, even if it was available in the United States.

It was mainly for a Mario Paint game. Much like Super Mario paint on SNES.
