Look I've got five seasons to go, let's just jump right to it.

E1: Clone Cadets
A prequel to Rookies. It's also honestly better than Rookies. I actually cared about all five clones, which is a feat. This is a fantastic start to the season.
E2: ARC Troopers
Another great episode, it's pretty much par for the course in terms of characters and action but it's still pretty good. It's also the necessary follow up to the last episode.
E3: Supply Lines
This episode was just okay. The Ryloth storyline isn't really that interesting and Jedi Di is alright, but has only ten or so minutes so he doesn't really stick out. Skipping this episode wouldn't be a problem honestly.
E4: Sphere of Influence
Ehh also just okay. It's just not a very interesting episode, I wouldn't call it bad but it's very forgettable.
E5: Corruption
Pretty forgettable as well, I honestly forgot that this episode existed. It's pretty boring for a political episode.
E6: The Academy
It's okay, I honestly just didn't really care about the teenagers that are in this episode. They just didn't seem all that interesting, I think it's because this is their only focus in the show. I'd honestly say that you can skip this one.
E7: Assassin
It's fine. It's a fine Ahsoka episode. I genuinely don't have anything other than that.
E8: Evil Plans
It's charming. C-3PO and R2D2 are always fun together. It's a prequel to the season 1 finale which is kind of cool. I appreciate it for what it is.
E9: Hunt for Ziro
It's okay. Ziro dying was nice to watch but I found myself bored with this episode. The hutts just aren't very interesting to me and they do so little with the Hutt council. It's not really worth a watch honestly.
E10: Heroes on Both Sides
This is a pretty good episode. It's kind of rushed but I do enjoy getting the separatists point of view. The ending is generally horrifying holy shit. I'd recommend watching this episode.
E11: Pursuit of Peace
It's good. I do appreciate it for what it does for Padme but it's just not that interesting to me. It's certainly pretty good at exploring the political side of Star Wars, I just prefer other episodes.
E12: Nightsisters
Ehh, I hate to say this but this episode was kind of mid. Asajj Ventress getting something more to do is cool but it feels rushed. I guess I would've liked to see this take more time to happen. A slow build up instead of this just suddenly happening.
E13: Monster
It's okay, Savage isn't that interesting of a character (or at least, not until the end of Season 4) and I don't particularly mind the nightsisters but do wish they were more fleshed out. It is necessary to watch, just not all that memorable.
E14: Witches of the Mist
Okay fine this episode was kind of cool. I did start to be interested in Savage., and the ending was pretty cool. Damn shame I have to wait for Maul though.
E15: Overlords
Pretty good, I was honestly very intrigued by this episode. It starts exploring the force in a way that was genuinely interesting. I'd give this a watch honestly.
E16: Altar of Mortis
Just as good as the last episode. This is probably the highlight of the season honestly. It's just such an interesting story.
E17: Ghosts of Mortis
It's just as good as the last two episodes. Anakin seeing the future does feel a little pointless. I won't lie, they undo it as quickly as possible but the rest of the episode makes up for it. This episode honestly gets kind of heavy with the father betraying the son. Watch the Mortis Arc it fucks hard.
E18: The Citadel
Also pretty good. It's an enjoyable prison break episode that does the job well. The villain isn't really compelling at all but the rest of the episode is good.
E19: Counter Attack
Yeah it's pretty good. I don't have much else to say. It's more of the same quality prison escape.
E20: Citadel Rescue
Same as the last two episodes. It's a good conclusion to the prison escape. I recommend watching these.
E21: Padawan Lost
It's good. The story is pretty good and I'm fine with the hunters being simple. I do appreciate the father and the son though I think that little depth makes the episode more interesting. I give it a thumbs up.
E22: Wookiee Hunt
Pretty good conclusion to the season. I do think Chewbacca was a little unnecessary but I can overlook it. I'd also give this episode a thumbs up.

Overall, yeah Season 3 is a little weaker than S2. It's not as bad as S1 but I also think half of this season was kind of boring. There are good arcs here, just mostly at the beginning and end of the season. The animation is better though I will admit that.

Overall, good season, but bland during the early portions (besides the first two episodes).

I felt Ghosts of Mortis was just bad fanfiction in motion. Though if they wanted to make a movie on it where Anakin doesn't forget what he sees...

Yeah I can understand that viewpoint. The Mortis arc does add a ton of lore that probably doesn't mesh well with the other series and movies but I enjoyed it at least.

I am nostalgic for these episodes though so I think I'm a bit too biased though.
