Atari 2600 Turns 30

If the Atari 2600 was a person who lived in Logan's Run, the Sandmen would be hunting it down right now. That's because the Atari 2600 is 30 years old!

The first widely popular gaming platform, the Atari 2600 is responsible, in some way, for every videogame and videogame platform that followed it. Along with its influence, the 2600 had one of the longest runs of relevance of any console in gaming history: The first games came out in 1977, and the last came out in the mid 1990s! Pretty amazing lifespan, eh?

Aww, I should throw a party for my Atari...who wants to come?? LOL.

Anyway...I should definately hook it up and play it again to celebrate all the good times I've had with it.
