Bad attitudes at workplace?

There is need for the attitudes at workplaces to be right. I am talking about the staff treating the customers right while everyone, the boss inclusive, act right. Do you think all of these not been in place can affect the success at the workplace?

Yeah not happening, out of my row, had two yearly reviews on me and my pal and both were sub par.

I feel like moral stays low where I work. There are certain customers that think that because you work in customer service that they can treat you however they want regardless of how bad it is.

That's how it goes at my store. The GM at my store throws the assistant manager under the bus and makes them do everything.
