Bad attitudes at workplace?

Good attitudes are great, but even if you don't have employees like that, there's bound to be a way they can show up for whatever reason.

I feel like moral stays low where I work. There are certain customers that think that because you work in customer service that they can treat you however they want regardless of how bad it is.

That's the bigger challenge with working in that department. A lot of things don't go as planned with getting positive customer relations.

I never worked retail. I see it with some technicians here. They don’t do shit, and whine when they get tasked with work, and then act shocked when they get a write up.

The technicians sometimes feel like they are the little gods that make things happen.

Some bad attitude at work place that don't go down with me is that some senior staffs talk and treat the junior staffs in an arrogant manner as they are not human.

I think workers treating customers and other workers poorly will cause a business to be not as successful or even fail if customers are treated and workers are treated poorly. People can go to another business which treat them better, and many good workers can quit if they are being treated very poorly.

Keep your bad attitude at home when going to work. If it's own business, your bad attitude needs to stay far away from your business place, otherwise everything will implode.

At my work, we used to have some employees disagree with so much changes at work. I end up just adapting to the new changes. After all the griping, resentment, and the complaining.... two employees were finally let go. They were doing sketchy stuff where orders were not being met. [in the logistics part of my job] Morale is slowly getting better, but we still have one employee to mess it all up. He's been with the company since 2011.
