Batman Arkham not running on XG270QC

Hi all, I am here to get my problem solved. I am facing an issue in-game Batman Arkham. It's not running on my Viewsonic XG2370QC. I don't have any idea why is it happening. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Maybe using the Display Port cable instead of HDMI would fix your problem.

I was using HDMI. But, what problem can be faced using it instead of display port.

There are too many problems with Arkham Knight the other Arkham games work fine its only Knight was the issue fixed?
