So basically thins movement is about Nintendo fans coming together for a cause and that cause is helping Nintendo understand what we all want from them and further improving the wii U. When I say "want" I mean thing's with in reason and things that would help Nintendo in this struggle they call the Wii U. Things such as OS improvements, revivals of key franchises that need to appear on Wii U such as Star Fox,F-Zero,etc. Also, features that would enhance user experiences such as a real voice-chat option, folders to organize games games&apps(like the 3DS), and other features that have became a STANDARD for modern consoles. It's 2014 and Nintendo is stuck in the past.
In case I haven't explained well enough(or maybe you simply misinterpret me,which will probably be the case) exactly why this is important let me clarify this isnt about begging for unnecessary things. Its about helping Nintendo understand us because Nintendo has no idea what the F theyre doing with the Wii U. For example,EarthBound came to America via eSHOP because the fans raided the its community and Nintendo noticed that! So the idea is to get as many fans together and all post on Miive3rse,twitter,etc. all at a set time and date,to ensure we get noticed. That's basically the idea here. Tell them what we want because we need to make a change. Believe it or not,but Nintendo actually pays attention to us.
So far phase one was a success. #ReDirect was trending on twitter and it was seen all over Miiverse.(Check StarFox,F-zero,NintendoLand,EarthBound and SmashBros. communities for example.)
Even if you Do not own a Wii U or never plan on it,you can and should still help out via Miiverse, twitter, etc. by using a hashtag that corresponds with the current phase that's in effact. Weather or not you own a Wii U,we are a part of the same family, being Nintendo.
Sorry about informing you guys a lil late but the thought of you guys didnt really pop into my head until now XD lol
Just in case you still don't understand what this is and how effective this is,here's a better explaination:http://www.pretendo.co/possible-plan-attack-nintendo-movement/
