Excluding Rayman origins which I have played. I want another platformer once I get bored with SM3DL and NSMB2. And I want to get one on PC. So if you N3DSC members could kindly suggest one, I would be thankful.

EDIT: I googled it dozens of times, no answers! Except about indie games or 20 year old games.

Super Meat Boy for 2D, Psychonauts for 3D. They're both really fun. I'd recommend using an XBox controller or something for Super Meat Boy though, it's hell with a keyboard.

I always use my DS3 controller. Even for FPS games I use the left stick to move.

Perspective or Portal Mario (Mari0)
Both of them are free and really different from all the other platformers..

I'm assuming you only mean platformers built for the PC and not emulated ones for other consoles, so I'd say some of the Mario fan games are pretty damn good on PC. Psycho Waluigi is basically professional game quality, and Mushroom Patrol the Midas Machine is fantastic as well:

And if you want content, Mushroom Kingdom Fusion is basically the best 2D platformer ever made. Does it have the best physics? Nope, but with about 20 playable characters, nearly 200 levels and things from just about every game in history, it's pretty much better than every 'indie' game ever made:

I Want To Be That Guy - and if you get this game, GOOD LUCK! It was rated the hardest game ever. It is free and a homebrew 2D platformer. Go watch a couple videos of it before you grab it, though, so you know what you are getting into.

You can't go wrong with Sonic Generations. Fantastic game.

It requires more specs than I got. I have an i7 in my laptop, yes, but only have 1.6GB Vram on intel graphics.
