I want to download the good ones and convert the video to mp4.

I highly and I mean HIGHLY! recommend most songs from Yuki Kajiura and kalafina. Their songs are anime greatness and you won't like everything but you will find something you will love to death.

Just search them on youtube, there are tons of songs.
