Best PS1 Game Ever!

wait a sec, grrrrr a staff messed with my topic again. i had Star Ocean on there, i dunnmo about 2 but i definately had 1 on there.

and yeah, they shouldn't fix things that aren't broken, even if the ratings are even the slightest lower than what they normally are. unless they screwed up wanting more good money than what they needed, always trying to shoot to a distant planet

Yeah, I agree. Although some things can't be helped when games are remade due to licensing and contracts expiring. But when a game system works, don't F with it - Like Lords of Shadow for Castlevania... ugh >.< I understand trying something new, but why remake the story as well? Why not just make a new series AND continue the ones you have? Like Okay, they retell the story differently and copy God of War for the battle system. But why do you have to stop making other versions and make ONLY the Lords of Shadow series, you know? Nintendo didn't stop making Paper Mario games when they made Mario and Luigi and both are RPGs set in the Mushroom Kingdom.

Glaring omission of the Crash Bandicoot series. Crash Bandicoot 1, 2, and 3 consistently top the PS1 charts on PSN every single month. (Along with FFVII).

Yeah, LoD is one of those games I've always said needs a sequel.

Spyro: Year of The Dragon got my vote. I beat that game so many times growing up... ^^

Why wasn't Spyro 2 on the list? It was such a good game.. maybe my favorite of the 3 (maybe..)

Some other awesome games I played growing up were Crash Team Racing, Crash Bash, Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped and Cool Boarders 3. Oh and I cannot forget Gran Turismo 2.

I also remember renting Dead or Alive A LOT back in the day, so it must have been good also.. ^^
