Bubsy Refurbished basically got rid of the tank controls in the original. It's in some sort of compilation, but it completely reworked the game.

Why does Bubsy get another new game but Mega Man and Spyro are left in the dark?! The Bubsy games weren't great in the 90's. I'm weary about playing the new ones because the original games sucked.

Yeah you should, the demo shows a lot of potential. It'd be a pretty good streaming game.
