How often do you buy board games?

I play in person board games. I wanted to buy Hnefatafl game (viking chess) but I decided to wait because sometimes it is hard to find people to play with.

I really wish I can find people to play with because there are so many fun games in bookstores I can purchase. They are not cheap; 50 euros per game. But it is a worthy investment if I would have somebody. You see, I have a friend who lives alone and yet he doesn't invite friends to hangout. If I would to live alone, my friends would for real be there every weekend to chill.
