If/when Microsoft sells off its Xbox brand, who would you like to see buy it up?

I want Panasonic to buy Xbox because Panasonic make reliable electronics like Plasma TV, Microwave, etc which keep working for many years without breaking and needing to be repaired in my experience. It would be nice to own a Xbox which is very reliable.
I think Panasonic would less likely remove the disc drive from Xbox because Panasonic has a lot of older buyers who prefer physical disc.
