Cadence of Hyrule is getting some surprise free DLC today. The Octavo’s Ode update will add its titular boss as a playable character with his own story. The game will also get the traditional gameplay of the original Crypt of the Necrodancer in the form of a new Dungeon mode.
Not gonna lie, I didn't expect to touch this game again after beating it, but I'll give the character a shot. CoH was pretty good, it just lacks replay value. I was even considering taking it off my Switch to make room for new games, but I guess Nintendo said no.
