I'm a little bit confused on how Wii U works. I am not up to date with the Wii U and haven't seen any videos of the recent E3 but I have seen pictures of Wii U before and I am a little bit confused if the controller is the whole console or just a "controller with a touch screen" but if so, why are not there any pictures of the console itself. And if the "controller with a touch screen" is the main controller, does that mean they are removing themselves from the whole "Wii nunchucks" and such?

No, the controller isn't the whole console. There's just not as many pictures of the console as the controller, as far as I know. I don't know about the Nunchuks and stuff, though.

Here's an image of the controller and the console.

You can use the Wiimote and Nunchuk. If there are already two WII U controllers in use, then the other 2 players will need to use the Wiimote/Nunchuk or Pro controller.

Going on from what the others have said, the controller with a screen on it is the main point of the Wii U. The whole point of Wii U is giving you more control with the screen on the controller and being able to continue the game on the controller.

So really they just added one of their handhelds to their machine.
