Tough decision. I tend to like cats for the independence, but dogs are very friendly. So, I would have to say well trained dogs, or smart cats.
Dogs. They are loyal, while still having their own personality. I hate cats, because they tend to do what they want, even if you train them. Of course, it's not exactly their fault, because dogs have more brain capacity than cats.
Though I do love kittens.
Everything in bold is the stuff I disagree with. This is a late quote, but why do people think that if something dosen't do what you say it's not smart, when it's the opposite. Things shouldn't do whatever you say, if they do they aren't really that smart. This is why I don't like typical dogs people think are "smart" such as golden retrievers and what not. Being someones slave dosen't add to intelligence it means your a sucker. However if your saying that it's easier to communicate with dogs then I understand.
As stated above I like dogs and cats as long as they don't just mindlessly listen to you and expect no reward.
Who says your their master? They are living creatures too not your toy.Everything in bold is the stuff I disagree with.
How do you think people train dogs in the first place? Do what the master says, you get a delicious smacko or something. Cats are simply stubborn.
Also, I like dogs better.
Dogs are loyal.Who says your their master? They are living creatures too not your toy.
Also what you just said means you AGREE with me. You give them a reward when they do something good. Which is what I said is reasonable reason to do something.
Dogs are loyal.
Also, Golden retrievers are smart because they are more intelligent than the average dog would be. i.e Learn tricks faster, do more stuff, BUT, doesn't necessarily need to be obedient. Cats = Stubborn, but might even be smarter than us. Dogs = loyal, obedient. Sometimes really smart.
