I wonder would someday a 3D printer will cost the same as a regular ink printer. Crazy, that there are so many people who want a 3D printer when many of the things people make on 3D printers can be cheaply bought at the dollar store, or eBay for a few dollars.

I guest some of these people who buy these 3D printers may plan on using it to print cheap products like spoons, bowls, and toys, and sell them for cheap prices at a store or online as well.
 
I would be willing to buy a 3D printer. I think 3D printers would be good for printing custom hats, jewellery, and fake weapons for Cos players who go to video game, and anime conventions dress as their favorite game characters.

I most likely use a 3D printer to print video game swords, fake guns, items and shields from games like Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, and Mario.
 
I think it is possible to make a working gun or mini-canon with metal pipes, a metal ball, and matches, so people can make guns without a 3D printer by just going to a junk yard or hardware store to pick up stuff to make a gun.

I watch on TV, and rioters were using a homemade gun/mini cannon which was made with a pipe which shoot out metal balls.
