At the trial of Li Wan Hao, a web designer living in Hong Kong, the court was shocked at the extent of porn saved on his hard drive. Unfortunately for Li somewhere in that sea of explicit content were a few drops of “illegal material.”

According to Xinhua News Agency, police raided Li’s home at around 7:00 p.m. on the evening of 12 March, 2012. It was then that they discovered the massive collection of video files on what must have been a sizable hard drive.

The reported total was 714,000 videos, a number that left the judge at his hearing visibly aghast. The art school graduate had mostly videos showing adult content with some animated ones as well.

“Yeah, but a lot of them are probably those five-second clips you download from free sites,” said one Internet porn expert who probably isn’t me.
Of course, while having an adult video collection in the high six digits does raise some flags in regard to one’s character, it isn’t a crime in itself. Li, it appears, also had some material which violated child porn laws in the mix.

The raid was carried out due to suspicion based on Li’s past conviction of possession of child pornography. He is not believed to have a history of mental illness, however, a full psychological report has not yet been carried out.

No surprise here, because the Chinese regime is known to block out Internet porn, on top of sliencing Internet dissidents in the country. Never thought they would go after those who have that stuff in their hard drives.
 
I do feel bad for people who get busted with child porn, they are just doing what they love. No matter how wrong or right it is.

That's so dumb. They are doing what they love? You could say that about anything.

People that rape.... only doing what they love.
People that kill.... only doing what they love.

Somebody watching child porn is only doing what they love.... it's sick, how can you feel bad for them.

because any of us could easily be that man. It's sick, but because that is how society has made it to be.

Some people have strange hobbies. 

I find interesting that most of people who have done bad things always say they have a mental illness.

Anyway, if he have done something bad, broke the rules now he has to pay.
 
Maybe he got a virus, and the virus/hackers was also using his PC for storing illegal porn from hackers uploading porn to store on his computer by using a hacker program, and hiding the illegal porn inside his legal porn collection.

There are ways to secretly hide files inside of regular files where you need to use another program to view the file hidden inside the regular file. I read spys hide data inside of regular picture files on the web to communicate with other spys by using a program to unzip the data like a text file inside a picture file.

While society is usually full of it, this is a good thing to be agains. They are children. They have no experience at all, they're innocent kids, they barely know what's going on around them.

A guy got the death penalty a few months back for raping a 6 month old, and it died during. That guy deserves far worse than death. That is 110% fucked up and inexcusable.

I really hope that you are not serious. A child cannot consent to anything. Do you understand that the perverted mother-fucking assholes are jerking off to someone who it literally raping a child. Do you realize that this isn't the case of a teen who is "technically a child" having sex with someone much older, but rather children as young as 3 months.

There is a man in the news who is actually seeking mercy for sexually abusing his girlfriends 6 month old baby to death. Would you say that if it were recorded, and someone else were watching it, that they should be pitied because they were doing what they loved? Would you then say that the rapist was doing what they loved?

Let say that, God forbid, some asshole sexually abused your child, younger sibling or niece or nephew, recorded it and distributed it, and other sick assholes were watching it and jerking off as they did so, would you then pity these sick fucks when they are arrested and say that they were doing what they loved?

I mean really, DS, even if you dont know the kid getting raped, would you still turn a blind eye and deaf ear and pity the pedophiles, even though it is SOMEONE'S kid getting raped?

DS, The ONLY way you could easily be that man, is if you are indeed a pedophile. I for one, am not a pedophile and so I could not easily be one, and I hope and pray to God, that he/she would give me the strength NOT to take a person's life if I EVER SEE SOMEONE RAPING A CHILD, or see someone watch it happen.

Cases like this have happened before where guy was innocent, it turned out that someone, or many someones, wormed their way into his pc through an open port because the victim downloaded a file that had a Trojan in it which allowed a pedophile to then use the victim's pc as a node for that content. I remember hearing about it happening to a 15 year old kid, and a 37 year old man. Luckily for them, U.S. law enforcement and computer forensics techs were able to trace the traffic from an infected file that they downloaded which allowed their pcs to be used in that fashion. Otherwise, they would have faced serious jailtime and would have had to register as a sex offender.

People without previous convictions can be guilty, and people who have previous convictions could be innocent because they did not intentially download porn, and got a virus which infected his pc, and hackers used his PC to store illegal porn.

He served his previous jail time, so the previous convictions should not be used as evidence for his new trial, and a new investigation needs to be done. Maybe he changed his way, and now only watches legal porn, but accidentally downloaded illegal porn again because he just downloaded a bunch of torrents, click on everylink, or the website lied, and was using underage workers which claimed to be adults, but are still teens.

Just because someone has a previous conviction, it does not mean they are guilty. A lot of people watch porn, but sometimes they accidentally downloaded something illegal by clicking the wrong link, or a virus from a download website downloaded illegal porn onto his computer without him knowing.
 
BA please take a chill pill. I stated wrong or right, it's what they do. Just like we get up in the mornings and find that tall man attractive or that woman who has tires in her rear attractive.

We live how this world was created and raised, I love ham but we could easily have lived in a world that eating ham is bad like child porn.

lol sorry GA, I had just read about that about 10 minutes before I replied to this topic.

And DS, I am chill, I am throughly disgusted that anyone could defend the actions of and be sympathetic to a pedophile. I don't know anyone who would have the audacity to condone such a thing, aside from say a pedophile themselves. That is the kind of thing some dickhead from NAMBLA would say. They would then try to argue that the baby or child wanted it, or somehow enticed the grown man into what they believe was a consensual encounter.

I mean really, the logic of that, or should I say, the lack thereof, is mind-boggling.

So a guy, getting off while watching someone else as they rape children, is merely doing what they love and should be pitied if caught. Now I've heard everything.

My question is still valid though, would you still say the same if that were your child, younger sibling or niece or nephew? Would you still feel bad for the rapist in that situation, and the voyeur who is watching it happen if they get caught?

I don't know about you, but if I were around someone who was doing this, or watching it, I would not hesitate to knock that dudes fucking block off, and I wouldn't think twice about it, or care if I got hurt or worse, whether it was a child I was related to or not.

Rape is rape, and if you are watching it happen, and you do nothing, it makes you an accomplice.

I apologize for getting angry, I don't normally say that I hate, someone, or some group, and will usually try to play devil's advocate with a group or person that I don't agree with just to see if I could possibly see things from their perspective, but pedophiles, and rapists are the very lowest of the low and I hate them with every cell in my body, and unfortunately, without getting too far into this, I have personally had the displeasure of dealing with BOTH, so naturally, anything regarding either or BOTH of these groups and topics is going to strike a serious, SERIOUS nerve with me.

Rape, be it of a child or an adult, is NEVER justifiable and if there is pity to be had, then it should be that for the victim, and not the sick fuck responsible. It is never the victims choice to be raped, but is always, the choice of the asshole to rape. While an adult victim may not always be able to successfully defend themselves against a rapist, a child is completely defenseless, and that is why, it is MORAL responsibility of an adult, or older individual to look out for that child and to protect it and see that they safe. If more people did this, then this world would not be as fucked up as it is today.

Slavery and Native American genocide used to be the 'hip' thing to do from the 1700's to the 1860's until, society stood up and forced the abolition of these things, and the U.S. we know today, is the result of that. So, I don't buy that 'this is the world that was created today' schtick one bit. If we got rid of slavery, genocide, and racism (for the most part) then we can get rid of that too. We just need more people to be proactive instead of being complacent.

In this instance, instead of getting off on this footage, that person should have reported it, as well as the site they got it from, but then again, he is a pedophile.
