I've yet to hear a legitimate argument as to how Obama is terrible.

Here's two reasons:
In his term of office he managed to hike up our national debt to an unbelievable amount... $58.5 trillion to be exact. It took every president before Obama to raise the debt to $16 trillion.
Also the unemployment rate was at its lowest when Obama was in office. Before he took office unemployment was at 6.7%. We are still not back to that level.

I'm no political expert, but I am pretty damn sure it isn't that black and white. If someone could support this claim I am making it would be nice.

That's hilarious! I don't really like Obama as president either, but this will be my only comment in this topic, as I do not want to get into a debate with anyone on this forum.

Why am I still here? As seen in my previous post, I said I didn't want to end up in a political debate. I hate politics! I am going to take this opportunity now to leave before I become anyone's enemy. Politics are just to... um... political.

Well the economy is still bad, unemployment is still bad, and the national debt is going up at a large rate. Obama seems to have no plan. If we keep him around for another 4 years, it'll all just get worse.

I don't necessarily agree with what Norris said. It's funny, but if we see any darkness because of Obama it will be complete darkness forever. Our world is falling apart, and I believe we are getting close to the end. Everything is tense. You have Iran wanting to kill everyone, Iraq doing whatever the heck they are doing, the UK and US going bankrupt, it's scary. I think that we could be close to another World War. If that is the case, we will all be seeing darkness.

Obama certainly isn't helping matters. He has really divided this country. Our last two President's were Bush and Obama. Neither did a good job. I don't know that Romney will do any better, there were other Republican candidates that were better but the field was still pretty weak. I will say one thing, President's should get two year terms rather than four year terms. There is too much damage they can do in four years.

I'm voting for Romney because he'll be a hell of a lot better than Obama will ever be. Then again Obama was pretty terrible. I liked Bush better than him.

Yes, Bush did a terrific job of running the economy into the ground with the same tactics Romney wants to use. While we're at it, why don't we discuss how Romney doesn't give two shits about the middle class and will send us backwards on social issues such as LGBT rights and such?

If you want to vote for Romney, that's your prerogative. But don't be bitching when he screws up the country worse than it already is and drives us into a war with Iran. If you're supporting him based off of FOX News or the made up "statistics" he used in the debate, by the way, you're being misled. If you're just following what your parents think and aren't thinking for yourself, well, guess that shows the mental maturity here.

He took down unemployment, caught us up with the rest of the western world with healthcare (though this is somehow an "affront" to our liberties) and has made progress in areas such as LGBT rights. Please humor me with how he's been doing a bad job and why Romney would do better. Don't give me the "he hasn't fixed in four years what we screwed up in eight years" shit either.

I look forward to tearing this "argument" apart.

Also, I'm curious... THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE US: How do you think it look like Obama has been doing compared to Bush? Which candidate seems better to you right now and why?

I would much rather get up and DO something about it if Romney ends up being the wrong choice, but I'm not going to be foolish and stick to my guns when Obama is turning this country into Eastern Europe, like the liberals have done instead of waking the Frogger up, where no one wants to be. Hooray, Socialism, I suppose is your new slogan. I respect your opinion, but you don't need to be a dusty vayginer about it.
