Portal 1 and Portal 2 both had not only great writing, but they also had great comedic writing. Comedy seems to be something rarely ever injected in games, unless its really zany and over the top like in GTA or Saints Row. I think a lot of the time games have stories that are a little more serious than they need to be.
Is comedy just harder to pull off in games? Do you wish we had more games with scripts like Portal 2?
