Competitive Battling: No More level rounding?

There's one thing that bugs me about competitive battling in this game and that is that your Pokemon's level doesn't automatically become rounded up to level 100. What the hell?! I really don't want to spend any patience that I don't have on raising every one of my EV Trained Pokemon to level 100, it's hard enough gaining experience in this game as it is! It's just such a long and boring task. Therefor, there MUST be a rule you can set so your Pokemon's level to get rounded up to level 100 in a competitive Wi-Fi battle.

There's a way, right?

Flat Battle rules rounds everything to 50. No restriction battles are only for those with dedication.

Just out of curiosity, are you one of those people? Just asking out of perspective.
Also, do you think the same stupid gimmick will be included in Black and White 2?
 
Oh, I will definitely have a scroll through that and give you feedback! I trained my Espeon from level 50 to level 100 by doing suicide runs of the E4! It took me about 7-8 hours while taking breaks. I don't think I'll be using that method again.

Basically, you go to the Entralink and connect with a friend several times to level up your Entree. This gives you access to different abilities that cost Pass Orbs, which you also get as a byproduct of the Entralink exchanges. The abilities will level up as you connect more times to people with Black and White (but you will need people with both of those games).

When you access these abilities, do they last forever? Or does it just last a short while?
 
I dislike the new formula for leveling, but I still have over 20 level 100s in White alone, all built up from that game (with 2-3 exceptions, all caught in White too). Just takes time and effort. If it's a non-legend, a good day will see a Pokemon go from 5 to 100.
