I wonder if the Xbox recent price increases is one of the main reasons for Costco no longer selling Xbox consoles.

I feel not as many people go to Costco to buy Xbox consoles these days because more people are using sites like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart to buy their console when Xbox consoles are on sale.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It sucks seeing Xbox consoles vanish from stores like Costco. I guess most people just order from Amazon or grab digital downloads now. But still, walking into a store and seeing a stack of Xbox games was always part of the fun for me.

I feel Costco may not sell Xbox because of crimes like robbery which may make many people not want to buy a Xbox at Costco, and other retail stores because many shoppers are afraid they maybe robbed because of their Xbox, and may get assaulted and threatened by the robber.

Man this really sucks! I prefer physical copies of games. to be fair I don't have a Series X anyways but still. I've been thinking about upgrading to one so I can play my disc based games. Once physical games are no longer being sold for consoles, I will be done with most modern gaming. I'll only be getting new games from my favorite franchises, and I'll probably only stick to getting one console since exclusives seem to be slowly disappearing too.

I feel people who still regularly buy games at a physical retail stores will buy their games at a dedicated video game store like Gamestop, and other games stores, and may not buy games at Target, Walmart, and Costco at a regular basis because there are not as many used games, new games, and gaming related products like Game guides at department and wholesale stores.

Gamestop and other video game stores may have a better selection of RPG and harder to find games which may not be as easy to find at a department store.
