Falcom just announced the remasters for PS4, too bad it's not upgraded to Cold Steel III graphics engine though, translated by Gematsu:

■ About
Lauded for its detailed character portrayals and grand story development by game fans both in Japan and overseas, regardless of gender, the Trails (Kiseki) series of The Legend of Heroes games have sold over 4.3 million units.

To commemorate the 10th anniversaries of The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki and The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki developed as the Trails series’ Crossbell arc, the significantly upgraded The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki Kai and The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki Kai will be released for PlayStation 4 in spring 2020.

■ Fully-Voiced Main Story
A wonderful cast performs the story of protagonist Lloyd Bannings and the other members of the Crossbell Police Department’s Special Support Section. In The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki Kai, the first chapter of the Crossbell arc, the story runs from the founding of the Special Support Section to the case of a religious cult. In The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki Kai, the second chapter, the story revolves around the “Mirage Treasure” that occurred in Crossbell State parallel to the events of the Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series. These grand stories can be enjoyed with fully-voiced dialogue.

■ High-Speed Skip Mode
The “High-Speed Skip Mode” that players enjoyed in the PlayStation 4 versions of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II have been added as an additional feature. With the press of a button, you can change the game speed to two times faster for events and when on the field, and four times faster in battle for a more comfortable gameplay experience.

■ 60 Frames Per Second Support / High Image & Sound Quality
In line with the PlayStation 4 platform, both titles support a frame rate of 60 frames per second. In addition to more vivid graphics upgraded to high-definition from the original PlayStation Portable versions, the sound quality of background music and various sound effects have also been enhanced.

■ Handy Features Added / Various UI Adjustments
Similar to the Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series, an option to skip battle cut-in scenes has been added. That, combined with High-Speed Skip Mode, allows players to enjoy standard and event battles both swiftly and skillfully. Additionally, various user interfaces such as the field screen and menu screen have been brushed up from the original PlayStation Portable versions. Even players starting the Trails series for the first time will be able to enjoy these two games without a feeling of discomfort.

So with this I can catch up on all the details on the cross bell side of the Trails of series?

Yes. Including the full detail of Llyod's Harem Brigade and the loli KeA lol

Some more stuff translated by Dualshockers:

As for Zero no Kiseki: Kai and Ao no Kiseki: Kai, Toshihiro Kondo explained these PS4 remasters were made to facilitate western releases.

In the interview, Toshihiro Kondo started by explaining how Zero no Kiseki and Ao no Kiseki are currently only available on portable consoles, the PSP and the PS Vita. However, there are many fans who wish to play these games on PlayStation 4. Kondo most notably added that the two Crossbell games never released in English. The games only being on old portable consoles makes it hard for them to get western releases, and it’s one of the reasons behind these PS4 remasters.

There’s also the fact that the next game, Hajimari no Kiseki will show how Crossbell reattained independence, and the Crossbell games are ten years old now. So Kondo argued there might be fans who wish to replay them before playing Hajimari no Kiseki. These PS4 remasters are also geared toward players who started the Trails/Kiseki series with the Trails of Cold Steel games. Lastly, Falcom also wishes for old-time fans to replay Zero and Ao no Kiseki in order to realize just how much foreshadowings were in these games.
